The room was huge! It was so quiet after a day at the temples. The food was really lovely and the omelettes at breakfast were delicious! It was close to town, short tuk tuk away but the best of all were the staff….they really did make the stay amazing! They made us feel really special!! Huge shout out to Mr Lucky and actually everyone….nothing was ever too much trouble! There was a lovely lass who waited on us…..I wish I could remember her name! She greeted us with a huge smile every time we came back, she even tried to teach us some basic phrases :-) Mr Riay ?? took us out and about, lovely guide and we would hope to see him again! We hope to see them all again, perhaps for 2 weeks where we can enjoy some down time too. Happy hour passion fruit mojitos and margaritas……wow!

All staff were attentive, considerate, accommodating, keen to help in every way and had a genuine interest in making our stay special. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to potential visitors to Siem Reap. We were upgraded to a fabulous room with its own private pool. The accommodation was kept clean and tidy by housekeeping.On arrival, the desk staff were professional, approachable, knowledgeable and courteous. My wife and I were very impressed with the way in which the hotel was run. Everybody knew what they had to do and all worked together to ensure that the mood of the hotel and guests was met consistently. We both hope to be able to return to Cambodia and stay at this hotel again. We were able to relax, knowing that anything we requested would be addressed with a smile.... Thank you for making our stay memorable, my wife was sad to leave.....

Metta Residency is an amazing property, beautifully and aesthetically designed. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, making this hotel probably our most favorite one. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Andy at the reception, who not only upgraded our room for free but also assisted us in getting a scooter and guided us on everything from the beginning. The breakfast was also amazing, and the staff is incredibly loving and welcoming. They offer fantastic deals on beverages and food, adding to the overall experience. The pool is beautiful and clean, making for a perfect relaxing spot. Overall, Metta Residency provides an exceptional stay with top-notch service and amenities.

- The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. They were eager to explain how they could help us make the best of our stay but not in a pushy way at all. - The rooms and amenities were beautiful. The pool and garden are a true peaceful haven. - The breakfast buffet and bar is very good. We did not have dinner here but we can assume it is also good! - My partner had an aromatherapy massage and said it was amazing. - They can help arrange many tours of the temples

Perfect, peaceful location, 10minutes by tuktuk to the centre of town. Very relaxing atmosphere to come back to after long days on tours of Siam Reap and Temples. Staff helpful in arranging tours and tuktuk rides with Mr Kong very reasonable, he also gave us information about the places we could see Pool setting lovely, clean with all facilities as described.
